Twin Cities Housing Alliance 2027 Policy Priorities

An overview of TC Housing Alliance’s 2027 legislative priorities.  

1. Reduce barriers and restrictions to build more homes faster. 

   Predictability and consistency are needed for the industry to meet the region’s housing needs.  

2. Enhance safety for community residents and staff. 

   Residential communities work better when neighbors and workers are free from threats and violence. 

3. Appoint experienced housing leaders.  

   Minnesota’s housing leaders can create a healthy housing ecosystem that unites all stakeholders to address the region’s housing needs.
